Challenge: A client company was using a live-recorded video conference to train site leadership on Food Defense per the FDA's requirements. While it covered all bases, this recording did not meet learners' unique needs.
Solution: An interactive, take-what-you-need style eLearning course delivers effective training to site leaders.
Results: This eLearning course delivers effective training to site leaders, allowing them to move through the course at their own pace. It does not force them to complete one section to move on to the next; it values the learners' personal time and caters to each person's specific needs.
Disclaimer: Due to privacy reasons, the linked project is merely a 5-slide sample of the entire course. This sample showcases a few of the interactions to give potential future clients a feel for some of my work style. Protecting client privacy is a top priority for me.

Summary: This eLearning course was created as an onboarding tool for new employees at a bagel shop to join the sandwich line: the fast-paced part of the kitchen that specializes in sandwich completion.
Challenge: Sandwich line workers at a bagel shop are unclear on their exact roles, tasks, and responsibilities, and this lack of clarity causes inaccurate orders that are completed too slowly. They need to learn these in order to accurately fulfill sandwich orders in a timely manner. If sandwiches are made incorrectly, they will get returned and remade, which causes food waste and unsatisfied customers, leading to decreased business. Learning to make the sandwiches more quickly and efficiently will decrease the turnaround time for completed orders, creating happier customers who will patronize the business more frequently.
Solution: This course was designed to better streamline the onboarding process. This will help new employees navigate their way around the sandwich line with confidence.
Results: Sandwich line workers will be able to perform their specific tasks within their role with at least 90% accuracy in a set time limit at the end of training.
