Summary: This Instructor-Led Training was created as a follow-up lesson to the Sandwich Line eLearning training for a bagel shop. This hour-long Food Safety training allows learners to practice what they learned in the eLearning by performing the food safety-related tasks.

Challenge: As food workers, learners are tasked with the responsibility of preventing foodborne illness by maintaining safe temperatures for all food items and preventing cross-contamination.

Solution: This one-hour training gives learners a low-stakes environment to practice high-stakes tasks.

Results: Sandwich line workers will be able ensure all food served is safe and high-quality, while also completing their individual tasks on the sandwich line.
