Summary: This blueprint outlines the Sandwich Line eLearning course and all assets that were delivered to the client.

Challenge: Sandwich line workers at a bagel shop are unclear on their exact roles, tasks, and responsibilities, and this lack of clarity causes inaccurate orders that are completed too slowly. They need to learn these in order to accurately fulfill sandwich orders in a timely manner. If sandwiches are made incorrectly, they will get returned and remade, which causes food waste and unsatisfied customers, leading to decreased business. Learning to make the sandwiches more quickly and efficiently will decrease the turnaround time for completed orders, creating happier customers who will patronize the business more frequently. 

Solution: This course was designed to better streamline the onboarding process. This will help new employees navigate their way around the sandwich line with confidence.

Results: Sandwich line workers will be able to perform their specific tasks within their role with at least 90% accuracy in a set time limit at the end of training.
